We believe this event will be a tremendous benefit to the Community, as well as for your business to showcase your health & wellness products. Follow the steps below to complete your Registration.

There are 2 steps to complete your Registration. You must complete BOTH steps to be completely registered for this event. Contact Sherri Kelley (561-373-2802) or Rosemarie Glade (352-345-7238) if you have questions.

1. Fill in the Registration Form and click Submit.

2. Click the "Payment" Button to complete your Payment. *(Payments are made directly to SmileFaith Foundation.)
